Gold. Thanks for this
14:08 be in an ideal posture
6:16 heel weight and not glute action
I love how he keeps performing moustache magic to keep us transfixed.
My man forgot to censor his moustache later in the video
please make more videos about fighting, this was one of the most interesting breakdowns i’ve seen.
Great video, Theo! I have very much been enjoying your breakdowns of mma athletes. I would be very curious to see what you have to say about Vasiliy Lomachenko's movement!
High quality info thank you sir
He redefined NOTHING. He's a natural lightheavyweight that was able to cut so much weight. Nsver even dared to fight a real welterweight. Corrupted primate
This is all judo foot sweep techniques.
love your content but the changing look is annoying af
6:20 tried it and immediately farted
29&ZIP=GOAT.
in other words. he doesnt telegraph😅
Wow great brekdown.. I remember wrestling with a guy, 10 inches shorter than me and had probably 50 lbs on him and I couldn't get up, and I said damn you're stronger af, I would have never thought you were stronger than me.. He said I'm not you're definiatly stronger than I am, but its about position and weight distribution.. Fighting really is an art.
Ok but how to fix posture..?
man your videos are so amazing. I hope you blow up in subs like you deserve.
Learned a lot from this. Wish the channel the best of luck
Wow, plain beautiful explanations!
Looks like a proper Chechen hehe.
Goat 🐐
The chances of Dustin landing a KO Punch on Islam is actually pretty high 😂😂😅
Great, concise info ❤

Dodgy pre-UFC opponents Only 3 title defences Didn't go up in weight Meh🤔
3 title defenses is a lightweight record
Nina Drama Damn Fine Foot Selection Sir🎉
6:53 I feel like almost every fighter that does pull counters does forward head posture. Floyd Mayweather in particular does it a ton. If someone is too far, he leans back away from the strike. If someone is too close, he either ducks under or clinches. I can't recall him ever getting around the back of the head. You'd have to be super close in order for that to hit, and his feet are too quick to allow that.
the moustache on and off startled me each time...
I'd say grappling/wrestling being the best base definitely isn't a hot take. When my dad found out I wanted to be an mma fighter 15 years ago, he knew then.
You do, what you have to do. So nerd will explain it with science.
i love these videos so much please keep it up!!!
Dagestani (non) mustache and beard. I like yhe commitment
for the alorithm
Interesting but good and bad posture is usually bullshit stuff. Not sure how that would apply to MA but still ....
Khabib cannot strike well lol. He landed a wrestlers overhand by an opponent fearing his takedown
This man is intelligent, everyone. Let’s listen to him.
Amazing video! I really felt compelled by the conclusion, because I'm one of those with weaker upper half stability. Great lower body stability, OK upper torso. I recently moved to the countryside where my daily tasks require me to move heavy objects around in various ways, so I really have to focus on this weakness. Any suggestions on what to learn to make sure I do it right?
How did he do it? Look at the win/loss record of his opponents, compare that to Jon Jones, GSP, Silva etc. Explanation is easy. His opponents weren't at the same level as the others I just mentioned. Jones Opponents w/l: 417:171 GSP : 494:71 Khabib : 294:114 Not even close. Nice video, and Khabib was truly great, but the simplest explanation is best.
he’s referencing the biomechanics not whether khabib is the goat or not
@@BigBirdMMA he asked the question 'how did he achieve a zero loss record' and then talked about biomechanics, as of those are exclusively available to Khabib. I'm saying a simpler explanation is better - he fought guys weren't as good as the other top tier champs did. Simple.
Khabib watching in his room: "This is numba one bulls*#t"!
You got paid to make this drivel
Khabib suxjed and got scared so he retired. Another fake dagi Muslim
As far as I can tell, you’re not a fighter. I understand you’ve studied the body, but unless you’ve trained you really don’t know what you’re talking about.
Another instant classic
6:05 this brother is too tapped in to the MMA sphere if he got Nina toe pics in his files
I looked it up and this guys not a doctor! Hes an escaped convict who printed out some anatomy pics and read off a chatgpt script! If you see him report it immediately, together we can make the world safe!
Ill give you the real answer, his dad was a combat and judo champion who taught kahbib the proper technique in a religious way on top of a mountain i. Dagistan where there are no distractions ans they tie it to their devout religion.
This video was sooo good watch the whole thing learned and was intrigued the whole time
Can you do a video on how aikido and tai chi people can move people with ease? Is it fascia related?
What a video i love this guy making a lot of good videos. Masterpiece and gives me more knowledge
Pretty much just a concept, why carry your own weight when your opponent can carry it
